I used to live around. I moved to Camden and still had to come back to the area as my loyalty remains with lux nails. This is the first shop I’ve EVER seen use new packs of pedicure kit per person, that for me is the biggest pro as I have OCD and severe anxiety and this puts my mind at ease , keep up the good work x
Even in terms of the shop it’s so beautiful, the cleanliness is what won my heart.This place is a hidden gem! From the moment I entered, the customer service was fantastic. I was offered a drink. They listened carefully to what I wanted and they executed it perfectly. Excellent attention to detail. The salon was spotless clean and all staff there were friendly. I left very happy and happy to return as a customer. 5 *

Really friendly staff and lovely atmosphere! Vicky did an excellent job on my nails, it didn't feel hurried and she made sure I was happy with everything at each step of the treatment. Will definitely be back again

I had my Biab nails done here, they came out perfect. Highly recommend! Plus point for cute decorations and attentive service. Edit: came for the fill-in and they did a good job again. Got French nails with bow design, I'm very happy with my nails.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The staff were so happy to work with me and all my wild ideas and they were incredibly attentive and kind. I was given a drink and snacks free of charge and everyone made me feel so welcome. And the nails!!!! Simply gorgeous. I truly felt like a princess. The prices were fair and generous and I was given a punch card. I have found my forever nail salon and I can’t wait to be back for more xx- Services

My go to nail shop for BIAB. They always execute my nails and I leave happy every time. It’s their attention to detail and great hospitality that makes them stand out. I would highly recommend this shop. I’ve since bought my twin sister, mum, my 3 year old daughter and clients here and they have all been over the moon. Thank you to Mimi and her amazing team ❤️

Came here for my graduation nails, so professional, attentive and clean! They listened to everything I said and even advised me properly. Perfectly matched the reference photo but made sure to make it custom for me. So kind and professional will be coming here again!

I had biab with extensions done today for the first time at lux spa and beauty. I can not thank them enough they made me feel really comfortable and my nails came out amazing the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely be going back !!!!!!

So good!! They were quite packed however the man I had was very attentive and respectful to my needs. Had to wait a little to be served however so worth it. Free complementary snacks. Everything was done professionally.

Fantastic! Fantastic! Fantastic! First time coming and the service was exceptional. Products are first class and the quality of their work is outstanding. They have gained a new client, I will honestly say it is the best nail salon in Ealing!

Absolutely love this nail shop. I got BIAB for the first time and I loved it. The shop is beautiful and very clean, the vibe is great but most importantly the staff are amazing. I got my nails done whilst I was on holiday and i really wish I could pack the staff in my suitcase and take them back home with me. Highly recommend
